In the new Playstation gameplay, at 02:06 your only dialogue chooce is "did anyone ask your opinion?"


Why do we not have a choice of something nicer?

TBF, There was a dialog option just before that on how to repair a car, "I'll bypass the coupling" or "I'm thinking". As for the response to Mechanic... he himself seems to have an attitude problem, and given how the world of CP2077 seems to be filled with people with smart mouths, it only seems like an appropriate response.

I think I also saw this in Witcher 3, where the game didn't really let you have a nice retort on certain dialogs

Do we know much about how Social/conversation skills work yet?

Maybe certain dialogue options are only availabe with higher levels of certains skills.

Seemed pretty standard to me. Usually devs like to choose "story/length" over RP. RP cost tons of money to make, one player might wanna kill the dude, one take her to dinner, one just ignore etc. As long they match to game industry, they should be ok.
