My channel is small so I don't think it'll affect me. But I'll be turning off music from today until they fix it.

That news article is from December 10 and I believe it has already been fixed with version 1.0.4 released today:

Yea but when I was playing and streaming it last night the 1.04 patch didn't exist yet. So that VOD will most likely get flagged and I'll be forced to delete it.
