I beat the Cyberpunk game long before any of the patches came out. I'm think of starting over with a new game. Is there a way where I can start a new game all my gear, weapons, and talent points?

No. This article (https://www.gamerevolution.com/guides/688853-cyberpunk-2077-new-game-plus-release-date) suggests that it's coming in the future, but we don't know when.

yes, but 3 (4) ending that all lead to disaster? how about 1 where you can survive and just keep playing

I know there are 6 endings and I thought all 6 ended in a bad way, one way or another.
