Saw on the Red launcher there was an item (shotgun) to get with Prime, that I have, went there, got a code, but can't redeem it on GoG (not accepted in the GOG Redeem code option, as it's not a GoG code)

What should I do ?

Install the Cyber Engine Tweaks

Add it to your inventory by cheating it in.
Works for all bonus stuff.
