I waited for the bugs to get fixed, played this in 2021, potato computer, almost zero game breaking bugs. The story is just amazing, the characters are great and the side quests are not bad, some are, some are memorable.
The thing is, some people were so hyped that the disappointment was greater, and now they wont even try the game, and are missing out on a great experience, not many games like these out there.
My advice is to try it out, you will find bugs, i just started another playthrough and V´s breasts were poking through her shirt in the inventory screen, solved after some quick web search.
BTW the police is getting revamped in patch 1.7, so, one less problem.

Beyond all that's said in above texts, the bottom line is that even core features, for the proper fuction of the game, are either missing or poorly implemented. After the shitload of money they made, it's outrageous we didn't already got the full fix for those core funcionalities. They are anouncing such a great expanse for their company and we still have to wait untill 2023 to get pivotal fixes????
CDPR is getting greedier by the minute.
Fix the damn game, it's a AAA company with billionaire budgets. Stop pretending we weren't lied to.
