What is causing the ghosting under the car? And on the side too.

I have ray tracing turned on. And ray traced lighting too.

My understanding is that CP2077 is using an aggresive form of TAA. Anything that's in motion will have this ghosting effect. If you look closely at NPC working down the street, they'll have it. Gamers Nexus release a video today, doing a DLSS video comparison. In that video, they show this effect happening.
Are you using Ultra Performance DLSS with chromatic aberrations, motion blur and depth of field effects?

Disabling G sync worked for me.
Ghosting in the shell. It's a reference. Game working as intended.

No I turn that shit off. I hate chromatic aberration, motion blur and dof. I always turn those off. I'm using just performance dlss.

My monitor is not gsync capable. But I always turn vsync off.

Try increasing DLSS quality to Balanced or Quality.

Hmm, ok. My monitor is G sync compatible. I turned G sync on in the Nvidia control panel and it started ghosting, turning it off solved the problem. No idea whats causing your woes though.
I just got to 1.05 finally. And i have to confirm, ghosting like crazy. Image quality degadation is very noticable. All shadows now have a lot noise and ghost over them. I don't remember seeing this in 1.04.

It was there in 1.04.

I have it on performance. Works best for my system.

Performance is too low resolution for 1440p. It's fine for 4K. Better use at least Balanced with 1440p.
Was also digging further than that. It looks like SSLR cause a lot of active noise and light bleed in shadows on low and medium. And that leads to ghosting with DLSS. What is your screen space reflection quality?
