hi everyone. when i start the game it instantly freezes before even the first logo appears. when i open the task manager the game consumes about 95-98% cpu

i already reinstalled the game, and also my gpu drivers etc. is there anything i can do?

thx in advance

my specs:
cpu´: ryzen 7 3700x
gpu: sapphire rx 6600xt
mainboard: gigabyte x570 aorus ultra
ram: gskill ddr4 3200 32gb
win10 64bit

Just a shot in the dark but have you tried editing the options.json file with the graphics settings and maybe setting everything to low? I once had to do that because I was goofing around with path tracing and the game refused to get past the title screen.

yeah, i got it running but the cpu usage while i play is still something between 40-80 percent. well it works for now. i hope i can figure something out. thx 4 the help

Cyberpunk is heavy on the CPU so that's pretty normal. I'm on an RX 6800 + 5600X which would be around 50% faster than your system and my CPU usage isn't any better, I'm usually at 60%. I would need to upgrade to the 5800x3D to remove that bottleneck. I think CDPR just fumbled the optimization there.
