When setting resolution bellow desktop resolution, the game will appear in a small window. Fullscreen borderless should be always maximized.

yea im having same issue no fullscreen option and when i set res to fill screen 1920 x 1080 half my screen is off the screen

Same here, no option to change mode to fullscreen, which results in pretty bad stutter also.

In case of 4K screen with 150% scaling there is a workaround to run in 1440p. Switch on System scaling in compatibility options of Cyberpunk2077.exe.

Using Fullscreen Borderless and the mouse is locked to the screen, can't find an option to unlock the mouse cursor.

The whole point of Fullscreen Borderless is for when using multiple monitors, if that doesnt work, then there is no point.

Also some PC configurations will have smoother video in Borderless than Fullscreen.

I have no option for fullscreen mode. I am only able to select between the two options of windowed and borderless windowed in the video settings.

Having the same problem. Literally no option to use Fullscreen at all, just Boarderless and Windowed. I've seen footage of other people's settings and it seems fairly random as to who does and does not get a fullscreen setting. Definitely not intended.

I was having the same problem: I could not run in fullscreen mode. Fortunately, Ghostarrow posted a number of video optimization recommendations. I made the adjustments (even using a legacy Nvidia driver for my now-outdated graphics card) and that fixed the problem. Fullscreen is back!

So rolling back drivers opened up a 3rd option in the video tab to allow fullscreen or does it show up somewhere else in the settings menu?

Same, i'm on windows 7 and amd gpu, no fullscreen option, two friends of mine on win10 with nvidia gpus have the fullscreen option, don't know if that matters or not.
