Are you running at a non-native resolution? That can cause a haze-like effect. Did you disable chromatic abberation and motion blur?
Weird, I have it on and can't even tell.
native resolution, thoug i do use dynamic cas. i did disable all the distortions exept for dof. filmgrain effect persists with disabled cas. most noticable on shiny surfaces and roads.

Are you using ray tracing? That could cause some noise.
no raytracing neither.
Have noticed that too. Have filmgrain set to off, as most other effects. Low to medium graphics settings on native 1080p res. My card doesn't even support DLSS or raytracing. Can clearly see noise on most surfaces. Most prominently on darker surfaces and reflections. I suspect this is just how the game renders materials. It seems to add a level of noise per default, maybe an artistic decision or a way to fight color banding.
