At least the mods here do something. On Steam, the mods let users dictate which people get to talk about the game there. It's extremely toxic.

Never been a fan of Steam forums but I'm pretty sure that on those forums a topic with major spoilers in the title doesn't stay on the first page for several hours.

Honestly, that topic really isn't much of a spoiler. It happens so early in the game and neither character is ever mentioned again anyway.

It is a pretty big spoiler for people coming here for technical reasons and haven't made it that far.

Something that has an effect on the story, that's what I would call a big spoiler. I'm sorry if I'm making it sound like there shouldn't have been a warning, there certainly should be, for ANY spoiler.

i'm not really sure if they have the standard idea of moderators here. i've never seen a post from a member with "Moderator" as a profile title. and inside the threads there is no option to report posts for misbehavior.
possibly if a post gets enough negative ratings it would be reviewed and maybe removed?

someone make a post with all capital curse words and an image of genitalia and see if it is deleted and a warning is issued.
