1Lethn1: I've got a theory I'm working on, for people who have the game working, are you guys using the offline installer? I've noticed that the steam users don't seem to be reporting issues as well.
I got it on steam and I'm having the same issue
Ah thank you, might be interesting to experiment though and see whether it's a hardware or software issue but it looks like it might well just be bad optimisation on CD Projekt Red's part.
I believe it's on CD's end, looking at the crash log it don't seems to be a hardware issue.
Did it redownload anything when you did repair? I did that first last night, and it immediately started a 33Gb download, I'm 27Gb through it but taxed my 4g lte data, so on dsl downloading at 0.7MB/sec.... don't need another download haha. Oh, Verify/repair is greyed out, must be cuz its updating or its redownloading a big portion of the game

Hmmm. i don't have a cd project red directory in local users appdata... have a GoG, but thats all..

I've also had a cloud sync error since it installed.

Same problem here. No appdata folder for CD Project Red. GOG cloud sync error since installation. Verify/Repair done multiple times, always a 29 mb (not gb) download. Can't even launch the game; immediately goes to Flatline with an error report. Got a GTX 1050Ti, updated driver, 16GB Ram. I preloaded the game and did the small download on the 9th.

Seeing how this has been, it might be a month or two before it gets fixed, so I'm going for a refund, then maybe repurchase later.

Saw a youtube do benchmarks of a 1050ti so shouldn't be the card error, though it barely reached 30 fps. But it was running.
I see a lot of bushes everywhere. Looks very terrible.
i have this error as well...
Error Reason: Assert
Expression: commonFileLoaded
Message: Failed to load in-game config file from 'D:Games\Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config\settings\options.json'
File: e:\r6.patch0hotfix2\dev\src\common\redconfig\src\ingameconfigreader.cpp
Line: 449
I dont even have an e drive....
I'm having this same problem. Are all you guys using Windows 8, like I am? Because apparently, Windows 8 is not supported...
Flatlined as well. Game didn't even get to the point where it creates the app folder.

3700X, RX 5700 XT, 32 GB Ram with an SSD.

Applied fixes already (that sadly didn't help):
- Disabled all startup programs through msconfig
- Disabled 2nd monitor

Currently trying:
- Verify Repair ( 30 GB download... at 45%)

Didn't try yet:
- Downgrade graphics driver (Updated to 20.12.1 before starting the game the first time)
- Try to connect my TV through HDMI as I read it could be caused by the display port cable.
- Update windows to latest update

Edit: After the game finished the "verify / repair" process it launched without an issue.

I'm also receiving the gpuapidx12error.cpp error.

Windows 10 LTSB v1607, 1080ti, 64 gigs of ram, 3x displays.

Did all the trouble shooting outlined on GoG's support page as well. I went ahead and put in a support request, but I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this specific error.

Stupid question for those who are encountering this problem: You guys also running LTSB / Enterprise level, by chance? Trying to come up with any oddball trends to try and point folks (Either as customers or the devs) in a direction to look at.
