I have tried to access on GOG My Rewards from Cyberpunk 2077 XBOX but after STEP1 I cannot access nothing on GOG?

I have followed this how to linking the XBOX game My Rewards to the GOG account I have.

STEP 1 works and in game content is Ok.
STEP 2 fails as I enter inside GOG.com and there is nothing

How do you wrote to support? I was very disappointed that there was no way to Chat with a real person from support. I only got a robot that did nothing to fix my issue. I could only find this forum; and there is nobody checking it seems no support personnel here either.

Please let me know if you get a response.

CDProject support sent me to write a ticket to GOG support. :/

I think they expect us to use this link:

But on XBOX I cannot provide that...
