Hi, I purchased a third party game in 2020, everything worked fine. Now I wanted to play the game again but it has disappeared from my library, but I have it in my shopping list.
I have not been able to contact support because the bot is unable to create a ticket.
I don't see the game on the web platform nor in gog galaxy, I need to find out what happened for a possible complaint.
