The in-game FPS limit option doesn't work, it only works when you go into the menu, I have a RTX 4070 Ti GPU. Others of you who have this problem, or is it normal ?

If you're looking to limit your FPS on a Nvidia card, I'd recommend you do that in the Nvidia Control Panel.
Using the limiter (or Vsync) built into the games casues additional load on the CPU, I've found.
