Perhaps you are right how the ads on the billboards are around and just need to cycle through. And you are correct how there are new ads too. This is how it caught my attention regarding ads.

I haven't played the new patch yet but I'm pretty sure my V had pants always on in previous versions too. I even checked if I've got the settings on or off for nudity.

What happened with that was the censorship happened back in patch 1.04. Modders made something to fix it, and this patch broke that mod. However, there are plenty of other things just not being mentioned beyond it..

It's not with 1.1, it was done in a very early hotfix. The first or the second one.
The big issue with Cyberpunk, and AAA games in general, is the ESRB: if you want to sell your game at retail in the US or on console you need an ESRB of maximum M. And you are at the total mercy of the ESRB whims, if they decide that two pair of tits is ok but three is too much then you will need to censor the third one or get an AO which would kill your retail / consoles sales even more than getting removed from the Sony store.

Of course CDPR could release an "AO" version on PC, on Steam or Gog, but it would probably piss off even more console users if, on top of having the best running version, PC user also had the uncensored one. Again CDPR shoot themselves in the foot with a multi-platform simultaneous release.

Yes, some indie companies are daring to go here, and Adults Only isn't just sexuality as many seem to not grasp. It includes extreme violence. Hatred, Manhunt 2, and other games already proved this.

Here we are talking about nudity being censored on strippers, removed R rated sex scenes like, some seem to also not grasp, in every normal non-porn film of the United States rated R.

The ERSB is a lot stricter for games than the equivalent ratting for movies especially for anything of sexual nature, it's sadly nothing new, murder hundreds thousands of peoples in gruesome gory way and get a M but a couple of full frontal nudity and you end up with an AO.

It's also, nothing new that CDPR worked with the ESRB to make sure their games contained the most possible content.

The Witcher 2 had 50 recuts to ensure the most possible was allowed in the game. You know like an ACTUAL R rated film might have or MORSO, to gain the R rating..

Clearly, with the sloppy release, they aren't doing that, and just chopping content that might get a strike for arbitrary reasons. It's a clear result of a rushed product.

There wasn't any full frontal nudity in Witcher 3, honestly I am already surprised the the ESRB allowed the character creation screen.

Not even going to go into the fact, Watchdogs 2 did FULL FRONTAL NUDITY ON BOTH SEXES, and some others as well..(Red Dead Redemption which had ful frontal nudity during sex scenes, Amnesia's ALL of them had full frontal nudity, et cetera)

There's a specific rule about nudity, you don't know, cleary..

Flaccid penis is fine, closed vulva, is fine, only erect males and open females get AO. Also we don't know what the limit is, but we assume it's there.

I don't get offended at all by language/images etc (I'm from Scotland...) but most of the vulgar dialogue from AI is as if it's written by a 12 year old given permission to swear. Like, swearing to excess for no reason whatsoever.

'I'm going to fuck you' 'Fuck you fucker!!!' etc, put a bit more effort in and make it realistic. .
