Yea, who needs flying vehicles after all. I mean, they're just there but they are just for decorations...let's put them in a new fully priced game

Ouch. I had my reservations about CDPRs ability to handle the combat in CP2077. I am a fan of the Witcher books and the games were decent. But the combat was never their strength. I am also a fan of the CP table-top RPG games. I was happy that CP2077 came out better than I expected. But I'm not sold on 2.0. If this is going to be the final state of the game... ouch. They need to at least fix the bugs they introduced in 2.0. Leaving those as-is would be a slap in the face.
Beside bugs, I hope they will add an option to disable level scaling for enemies, loot and ripperdocs.
Yes. This has been known for over a year now.

I agree with that, a lot of the fun is to go back to the old area, and stomp on the baddies that used to give you so much trouble.
It is a shame they put so many good effort into the city and it is mostly nothing more than a facade with no substance.

Also for me Cyberpunk has become Cybercrash...
Apart from the whole number of bugs they still keep introducing don't you feel that the entire project does not fully represent a real futuristic city from 2077? I mean, there are flying vehicles but they are not usable. Corpos use mechs, or exoskeletons, or whatever they are (even Bryce from the Maelstrom has one) but you are not given the opportuinity to use them even in a scripted mission...and they say they are done with that?
The way I think is like they have a great idea but they don't know how to fully realize it because of lazy production
I feel that CDPR was not lazy but overstretched itself out of overambition putting a game out that should have been a trilogy.

The whole Jackie + V arc is woefully underdeveloped and utilized.
The whold Dexter the Shame (wordplay) arc is woefully underdeveloped.
The whole Silverhand is comaparatively hilarious overdeveloped.
+And puts even due to its design stress of limited time on you while the City offers Tasks and Quests so amassed that even in the most forgiving way to look at it you can not justifiy to play through all this conetent pretending you have only days to live or at best a few weeks when the content feels the work of months and ingame years.
They shot themself so seriously on their own foot that way you would not believe if told.

The whole project was way over their heads imho.

That's ok because I am done with CDPR too.
