Andromeda failed because of mismanagement, which led to doing fuck-all for 4 years and crunching for the rest 18 months. It has really nice environments and pretty good overall gameplay. I'd hire Andromeda's artists, level- and gameplay designers, but I'd stay clear of its game director and lead producer.

Yeah, as a researcher I think I've got the technical stuff on lock down, and the same for empathy and kindness as a christian -- words I would not be so quick to take into my mouth if I were from a country where their meaning is unknown.
