I'm playing on PC with max LOD setting, and one building just stuck out to me because it seems to be missing the quality LOD textures from a distance that all buildings around it have. It's the lower part of the blue-and-white building next to Megabuilding 8 (when looking at it from the edge of Watson district). I've included a screenshot where I've marked the missing LOD.

Make sure to report things like this to CDPR's official Cyberpunk 2077 support as well.
For some reason there's no form for texturing-/assets-related issues but the "I want to report a visual issue" form is probably the next best thing to use in this regard:
https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/gameplay/issue/1736/contact-to-support

Also supports attachments (screenshots, save files, etc) up to 25MB.

Not sure if those reports actually go through/are sent off, though (maybe including the dxdiag.txt is mandatory?)
There's no "report has been submitted" feedback or anything -at least for me- and I have yet to receive a reply from someone that the report has been received and the reported issue is being looked into.

Sadly, it seems like the CDPR website only allows to report one bug per session, so I can't report more than one bug during a day. If I open a 2nd one, it says "we have already received your ticket". That's not helpful.

Reconnecting the router so that you're assigned a new IP address could be a workaround?
May try that over the weekend, still have quite a few things to report on lined up.
