I found Altered Carbon Netflix series to be strikingly similar to CP 2077 on the visuals - just watched it now and some landscapes, flying cars etc. are very close in appearance. Quite interesting.

Yes, people's minds get stored for hundreds of years for crime, whilst their bodies are for rent.

Very nice book by the way - read it if you haven't (book on which the TV show was based). Same title.

Watch it if you enjoy Cyberpunk (genre and/or game) and sci fi :) Worth it. Finished Season 1.
