i tried to runs the game again and the same message appears i cant run the game.

Guys i got a fix from another post, and it works:
o, I have launch the game. Even when I've disabled Nahimic service and even reboot in Task manager in Details was 2 running processes: NahimicAPISvc32.exe and NahimicAPISvc64.exe and after I've killed this two processes Cyberpunk 2077 have start. But after restart my PC this two processes was appear again (Nahimic service still disabled).
Hope this helps you too.

I tried repairing, Uninstalling, reinstalling, uninstalling and deleting everything and reinstalling. Drivers are all up to date. dont run any sort of special services. Ran find last week when I was showing it to the kid since he was thinking about it. now this patch and doesnt even launch.
really frustrated with it. Wondering if I should have just bought on steam instead of gog since at least it would work.

As others have mentioned, the game seems to conflict with certain sound drivers. Since I wasn't using them and they're relatively useless, I uninstalled Sonic Suite and Realtek software and the game launched fine.

That did allow it to launch.
Hey CD Project Red! This is a workaround though not a solution! Having to kill all audio driver processes to start a game is a big problem and needs to be addressed and a fix needs to be worked on!!!

To everybody launching the game after patch 1.5 and getting the flatlined error I used nvidia geforce experience and ran it from there and the game launched and is working. Try it. The AMD/ATI users, logically, should try to run the game from the amd equivalent program. Hope it works for you guys.
