Here same problem.
Windows 11. Fresh install. No specific audio driver.
Since 1.5 update, when I click on Play on Gog 2.0 > Nothing.
Need to be fixed soon ...

I'm having the same issue, the game ran fine just before the patch. Now all I get from trying every method including the mentioned workarounds here is a FLATLINE message. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

For me work total delete the game, config profiles and also saves, and perform a fresh install. Now the game almost start, I still have to try to play

Hey I think I figure out how to launch the game you wanna click on manage installation and click on show folder, after that click on the cyberpunk 2077 to open the game.

I hope this helped let me know if it work.

Yesterday I was able to repair it and run it from downloads but no luck today. I just tried to stop the service aaaand guess what? it is loading! Yaaay! Big thanks!

solved: I disabled Nahimic service from running and the game boots like normal.

game engine have problems with sound solution softwares. Nahimic , Sonic Studio, others...

some will disable theirs but some wont do that. I for one cant do that cus i'm using it.
problem is with game not the sound software.

we need a fix for this.

Yep, this was my issue, too. My sound is Realtek, and I didn't even know I had this service running until I looked.
If you're getting a crash on startup, this will probably fix it.
