This are the requirements for Cultures 1+2: From what I could find with google, your onboard chip has DirectX 9 compatibility, so that shouldn't be a problem.
Your RAM seems suitable.

Cultures 3 lists the same requirements, but you may run into problems, because of low RAM (the onboard graphic chips usually "steal" some RAM), which could slow the game down on maps with many objects and people.
