Should there be a "Perpetual Edition" designation for those who purchased it, in their game library, or are all versions just titled "Cultist Simulator"?

My receipt is for the Perpetual Edition, but I would like to be sure before downloading.

The game should look the same in everyone’s library, but owners of the Perpetual Edition have access to an extra download to enable the DLC.
Right now it does not add any game content, but I guess it will either get updated when the first DLC go live, or a new installer will be automatically added to our libraries.
