What about performance though? Is that related to Nvidia's newest drivers, or are the stuttery and momentary pauses universal? It stutters and pauses at the beginning of each day while moving left to right in the camp area, and often has the momentary pauses when attacking. I remember that another game, Dead Rising, did the slight animation pause for dramatic effect after a heavy attack connected. That was intentional though. This really isn't. Talk about eating a real bowl of poop from Devolver. lol This is like playing a mobile game....with the performance to match. I'm still hopeful, but my faith in the lamb fadeth each day.

Same problem here since the update :(

Two new bugs immediately. Went to fight the spiderboss again and just when i killed it it's healthbar disappeared and it stopped taking any damage and didn't die but kept attacking me. Teleported out of there.
Second one was immediately back at base I couldn't accept a follower I rescued. Save-load didn't help.

I feel this game's going to move to the backburner for me.

Do we know whether this build is different from the "other" storefront? The game says "1.09", but the uploaded build says "1.10".

Glad to read I'm not alone on this. Had a game-breaking bug before, now I immediately found two more.

I was very happy to install the new version but immediatly after , 2 game-breaking bugs !

This launch is so annoying...

Now the latest update has broken the game completely. It will hang/freeze randomly such as the end of a Ritual. Just as the above poster said. This launch is annoying. GoG or the Devs or both need to get their act together.

This probably has very little to do with GOG. The game is super buggy on Steam. PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox One Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch.

Disclaimer: In 23 minutes, I had one bug which required me to restart from the very beginning since the game doesn't save. (I chose "Yes" when "The One Who Waits" asked me to create a cult, and nothing happened.)

Reason I mentioned GoG was they had a recent QA issue with one of the earlier patches. Everywhere had recent patches while GoG was stuck on 1.0.3 But if other platforms are having same issues and on 1.0.9 then I understand your point.

This update its a joke.GOG wants that we refund the game? The 1.09 has a lot of bugs. Infinit money. I cant finsh in the church. I cant have new adopts. Please gog revert this update. Its terrible.

I don't know if it's a general issue or not, but I wanted to say that the last update (it's labelled 1.0.10 on GOG but the game says it's on 1.0.9), completely broke my save.

I'm locked on every aspect of the game:
- in the camp I can't recruit new followers, and the game randomly gets stuck on some cut-scenes like the rituals or the death of a cultist (the only way is then to go back to the menu and hope that the game doesn't get stuck the next time...)
- the dungeon progression is locked, when I finish a dungeon its "level" doesn't increase anymore, therefore I'm stuck with the same mini-boss over and over and can't go to the final boss...

I tried to find a way to go back to the previous version, but it doesn't seems possible with GoG Galaxy.

If someone has any idea to help me, I would be grateful (as I don't really want to start a new game now...)

EDIT: It seems I'm not the only one experiencing a lot of bugs with the new update :'(
