I'll wait a few minutes/hours before I buy, just in case GOG reject the update like they did the other day. The update was already available when it got rollbacked. (Well... That's what "rollback" means anyway. :P )

To be honest,

for me the game now is even in more broken state than it was.

Not only the Godhood achievements did not unlock for me, now after starting the game it completly hangs on the dialog with big bad at the very beginning.

Now cooking food (follower mincemeat) on a 12 queue causes the bar to white out and you can indefinitely make the food until you mess up by hitting the red zones that are covered by the white bar.

Personally I just played for about an hour and only ran into a rather funny bug causing infinite coins to be picked up from an altar :D Leaving for main menu and loading back in fixed it though, couldn't replicate it.
In either case, our team will look into it tomorrow. If there's no serious blockers preventing progress (and it doesn't look like it), the update stays!

Praise the Lamb!
