Another edit, just occurred to me that since you're close to the end of the level, as a last resort you could use the console to skip to the next one. I think typing the following into the console will load the next level "map harbor" without the quotation marks. You can open the console by pressing tilde key (the button normally under Escape, before 1,2,3).
I don't remember if you need to activate devmode to skip levels, if you do it's easy by adding " -devmode" to the shortcut target so it looks something like this.... "C:\Games\Crysis\Bin32\Crysis.exe" -devmode

(Edit: Sorry I was thinking of a different bug at the same point, one where once you kill the tanks the game doesn't seem to acknowledge it, though I'll leave this up anyway incase it helps)......
This is an old bug in the game, really old bug.
From what I remember there's two things you can do, and something you might be able to do to avoid the bug happening, though unfortunately I don't remember the thing that might help avoid it (you had to go to a certain place before going to another, a search might turn up something).
Though if you do run into it you could restart the mission and it might not happen again, which isn't a very reassuring thought.
Or you can run to the next objective even though it isn't being displayed, once you get there I think the next level loads and things continue as they should.
So once you get the message that you've destroyed the tanks and then seem stuck, head out of the village/camp and go South-East, up into the mountains along a small path, once you leave the town it should only take about 20 seconds to find a waterfall.
Get to the top of the waterfall and just keep going, you're on a linear path or valley if I remember right so you can't get lost and just follow the river. You should encounter some more enemies and dead bodies and eventually end up at a cave, once you enter the cave the level should end.
You don't miss much, maybe a bit of voice-over but it's not like you're playing Crysis for the story.
