Hi guys,
just wanted to know if anyone knows how to use cheatcodes which worked in this game previously.

Normally you should type LOOSECANNON16 anyhwhere in the game and it shoiuld say a message likes cheats enabled... But nothing seems to work when typing these codes. Any clue where is my error?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Chris

I don't yet own this game on GoG, but I believe the code you are looking for is Jassica16. I'd be curious to know if the original codes work in this version. Let us know!

I think the cheat code for the first game (No Remorse) was JASSICA16 and the code for the second game (No Regret) was LOOSECANNON16. It can be a little annoying to enter sometimes because it wastes some useful items (the E key uses an energy cell) but it should work.

Bummer if the codes won't work for either game. Have you tried the command line parameter -skill1 to make things a little easier? Used to work in the old days. =)

Sorry for the necromancy.

Are you in AZERTY or QWERTY?
IIRC the game is hardcoded to QWERTY and I think you don't need to type the letters in caps.
Do you enter the numbers using the numpad? You should use the number keys on the keyboard.
Also don't type too fast, be a little steady so that the game can register.
I tried and I can get the cheats to work in both games.

I confirm jassica16 is for No Remorse (and is an easter egg in No Regret), and loosecannon16 is for No Regret.
They enable AND disable cheats and you need to press enter to close the dialog box.

BTW, Ctrl+F10 being the DOSBox command to uncapture the mouse pointer, God Mode at first does not work in any of the Crusader games.
If anyone got a workarounbd I'm curious, but F10 maxing out your inventory, ammo, health and armour is more than enough.

Just press ctrl + f1 and delete the capture mouse function.

Anyway I am stuck in mission six. There's a cheatcode which let you warp to any level but the problem is it's a command line paramenter and I don't know how to use them with dosbox.

Not 100% sure, since I've modified my installation, but you'll likely need to edit dosboxCRUSADER_single.conf.
If you remove the 'exit' here, then the dosbox window remains open, so you can type 'crusader', followed by your parameters.

Thanks figured that out before you replied. Problem is that I don't have any guns but used cheats in a earlier save and went through instead.

As a previous poster replied to you, you add the command line parameters in the DOSBox conf file, after the echo off line where the batch launcher is supposed to run the game.

Thanks btw for your reply with the mouse capture function.
