So I remember when I was 9 years old in the early nineties when my Uncle Tony - everyone has that cool uncle right? - bought me a three pack of dos games that all came in one box. Crusader No Remorse, Wing Commander 3 and Shockwave Assault. I've played no remorse through easily a dozen times on loose cannon with my first no remorse playthrough currently stuck in the senate building. The days of my old dos pc running on an 80mhz pentium overdrive chip are long gone but not gonna lie when I bring back these nostalgic games, I get a little choked up at what used to be.

Thanks to the guys over at GOG for bringing this back and even tracking down No Regret which to be honest until a few years ago on GOG, I didnt even know existed.

What was your first time with this game?

My dad, brother, and me would go to a game store every month or so, and pick up new games that seemed interesting.
I had a subscription to a game magazine at some point as well, to make choosing games easier.
Crusader: No Remorse certainly was interesting; we bought it and have no regret. (Pun intended.)

I recently played through it again; it's one of those timeless classics that I still play from time to time.

My first exposure to the game was also the same 3-game pack, called the Space Adventure Pak. I was immediately captivated by the Crusader art. It was quite a game for an 8-year-old. I love it to this day. I made a fansite for it nearly 15 years ago that's still eking by.

That's the one I got too. I believe it was at the Free Record Shop :) Like Vagabond, the Crusader's design caught my eye. It turned out to be unlike anything I'd played before -- it's one of those games that shaped my early to mid-teen years.

I've actually found this game a week ago, I was bored so I decided to go on some site that you lets you trade CSGO skins for games. I don't really play CSGO that much and I had a couple of skins so I decided to see what games it had to offer, I saw this one game that looked like an EPIC GAMER GAME. after googling a bit I've decided to trade those skins for this game. I have truly no regrets.
