So yeah, when I get ingame, the mouse moves annoyingly slow, and makes the game a chore to play. Any ideas on how to fix this?
This question / problem has been solved by Akgharimage
Try changing graphic mode to OpenGL. Solved the problem for me.
I'll try that... But... How? Lol.
I very recently transferred from Windows XP to Windows 7 and i'm still getting used to everything.
Edit: Nevermind, found it in the GOG directory for it. But when I change to OpenGL, the game doesn't open at all.
Edit 2: It is solved now. Thanks!

Change "Sensitivity" in dosbox.conf to something higher than 100...
I have tried all these and the mouse is no longer slow, but it still moves more vertically than horizontally. It's a bit bothersome.

I've found a solution !
Step 1: Download Mousex.
Step 2: place mousex.exe in your \Constructor directory.
Step 3: Change the sensitivity calue in your dosbox.conf: "sensitivity=200"
Step 4: Change the second-to-last line from "game.exe" to "mousex 100 90 game.exe"

Vestin: Step 4: Change the second-to-last line from "game.exe" to "mousex 100 90 game.exe"

I think the mousex settings are closer to:
mousex 100 50 game.exe
I had the impression that the mouse moved exactl at 2x speed vertically and I was proved right by the 100 50 setting working fine. Thanks a lot for mousex anyway! I didn't know about it!

Yep, these settings really make mouse movement a lot more consistent.
Thanks!
