Hi everyone,
Does anyone tried to record Commandos BEL with fraps or dxtory? Did it work? I don't know how to do this. Fraps works with other games (newer games) but don't with Commandos.

Fraps work for me in windowed mode but not in full screen. I also have to change color depth to 16 bits to be able to switch to windowed mode.

I have been trying to get this work myself.
Fraps: Doesn't even start or recognize the game
Camtasia: Lets me record the video, but the audio is only there during the menus and videos. Everything is mute during gameplay

Any help/Instructions on how to do this would be great. I plan to use some footage from the game in a project and this has been a source of frustration

Sum1rP: I have been trying to start it in windowed mode through adding "-w" or "-window", but it doesn't seem to work for me somehow.

Helping me figure this out would be an awesome Christmas present :)

Having same poblem. Can't capture the gameplay with FRAPs. Windowed-mode solution doesn't work for me.

Hi,
try to change color depth of your screen to 16 bit, then "Alt-Enter" while the game is running.
Choose window to record and "Alt-Enter" again. It may not be the best solution, but works for me.
