I recall that in the Original version of this add-on there were two tutorial missions, that you had to access through a different shortcut.
Would GOG be so kind to include those tutorial missions in the pack, not only for the sake of completeness, but also because those two missions were quite fun!

Or in case I missed it: where could I find them?

It's been a while since I played but if I remember those were part of the actual game in that you had to play through those to get to the actual missions. Just start a single player game and it should take you to the 1st tutorial mission which is Pyro & Lupin at a checkpoint crossing. After that is the 2nd tutorial which is overtaking and then defending an outpost.

There is a bonus mission later on which is virtually the same as tutorial #1 only with the addition of flood lights that you need to sneak around and deactivate.

You're talking about Commandos 2 now.
I'm referring to Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty, the add-on to the first game.
The two tutorials there, if I remember correctly were both on the same map, but with 3 different Commandos in each instance. There was a lake and a mock-tank, from what I remember.
