I am considering buying the game, but I heard It has a broken LOS mechanic. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
Any other concerns about this game? Is it worth playing?

I cannot confirm the broken LOS as i have not played that much. I will always say its worth playing any CC :)
Wait for a promo and don't forget to install the blood mod for this game for some reason there is no blood by default.

Thanks. Matrix Games has a big sale on all Close Combat series. I'll hold on couple more weeks in case I hear of any other issues about the game.
