12/27/18- GOG is now showing the updated version


Had no desire to initiate any arguments, was just asking a question.

I hope they won't change the GOG version. Only 1 thread and 1 review here, game is not too popular so hopefully they have forgotten about this place.

Still no buy anything from Amanita Design from now on.

As of 12/23/18 the GOG's version of CHUCHEL is the original version with original artwork. The artbook is original, too (considering they changed that with updates, as well.) If you're buying this for the sake of playing CHUCHEL before the loveable hairball was changed into a cheez ball, be sure to uncheck "auto updates" in the game's settings menu. You can also make a copy of the game file and play offline. Long live reason and sensibility!
Yes, the colors of cuchel in game and artwork are the original version.

Thats what pisses me off with that type of mentality. They think nothing is going to happen to them. but when it comes to being "offended", they tell you how to run your life. This is Pure communism. In fact, Social Justice is a form of tactic that was used by Mao Zedong himself and he killed 50 million people. wasnt interested in the game, Not im staying away from it. Fuck the devs.

Nooooooo!

Chuchel just updated and changed forever. :((

I want my black Chuchel back no matter what thinks any SWJ, is the original idea of the artists and it's color is part of the design character, with the that red/orange color the expressions of Chuchel don't impact the same for a simple question of contrast.

I was playing it with kids, and the pity is that we didn't have time to complete it, so when we return I will have to explain them that the Chuchel they know was stolen by the SWJ Grinch of Christmas.

In the menue you can roll it back to the version from 10 months ago. I first thought this was a joke... well, guess it is not.

They could have at least made it so you can choose your character color. Now they made it worse because I hate to be the SJW type, but now the character looks like a stereotypical chinese man. Liberalism is all smoke and mirrors and they are all hypocrites.

In Galaxy, you can choose old version. Chuchel 1.00 is the original one, untouched.

All game devs (not only them) has to learn one thing. NEVER EVER bend to the outrage mob. They don´t want your apology, they want admission of guilt.

They are just vocal minority that wants to control you. They are not gamers and not your customers.

Take a note from Kingdom come: Deliverence or Doom Eternal.

And should you ever get to be a time traveler, then you can go back and make those complaints for sure. Not sure what to do with this at the end of 2018 though.

Im going to say this bluntly. Where do you live again? Oh yes, Estonia. May I remind you that you have socialist healthcare, and free tuition. In other words, hard earned money is being robbed from hard working people and give it to freeloaders. Also your GDP is pure shit. You have 22,050 dollars per capita. and 22 billion dollars total income, the US has 55,000 dollars and 19 trillion dollars in total income. Good luck trying to find a job in that shithole.

Oh gosh, I guess you showed me. The awful system of ensuring a base puböic good for everyone. The horror. Also the shocker of a tiny country not being as wealthy as a big imperialist country. We couldn't be nearly as exploitative as you lot there.

It is a really sad sight how some americans are so scared by the very basic human rights as education and health are seen as something evil. You have been taught to vote against your own interests and proud of it too.

(And just out of interest, you do know we have access to healthcare when you are employed, so not sure about what freeloaders are you speaking of?)
