Bought a new computer and now the game won't start.
Tried various compatibility modes, run as administrator etc. but at the most the program launches as a white square in the top left corner of my screen. Has anyone had this problem before and found a solution?
My specs are RTX 3060Ti, i5-12400, Win 11.

CoTN stopped working on my system (Win 10). It crashes on the initial loading screen.

From GOG Galaxy I did a Verify/Repair and after that it started working.

Tried that and several reinstalls as well. I even installed from my old disc and it didn't work, there doesn't seem to be an official solution on GOG support either.

You said it is a new computer. Did you install DirectX 9? DirectX 9 is needed to get a lot of older games to work on new computers.

Tried it just in case I'd forgotten to do it earlier and sadly it still won't start.

If you play old games, you need to go into "Windows features" and enable DirectPlay under Legacy components.

Not sure if that's the reason for your failure however.
