I had to download the mods from Steam and figure how to use them in the GOG version.

MODS available:
- The Hive (campaign)
- Hideout
- New Game+ (game starts with max powers)
- Chaos Theory
Just unzip and copy the folder called UserContent inside the game. Folder should be in the same location as DLC. Run game normally and it will load them all.
