I have completed the objectives for the Capua map:
Population 2500
Culture 35
Prosperity 10
Favour 60

But game doesn't end! Do I have to maintain these levels until a certain date BC? I don't recall this happening on the original Caesar 3, is it a bug?

I quickly loaded that map. Seems like there is a required peace rating of 20 too, which gradually increases over time.
