No offense to Gog, but I think we should be owed some store credit here. They should have a recourse against Revolution clearly as well. Not only was half of the game delayed, instead of released right away, they delayed it till "early January", then "Q1", then "31 March", now "30 April". And not only are they delaying it, they are focusing on and pushing fucking android versions of other games, instead of focusing on part 2. This is the stuff class-action lawsuits are made for.

Delays are inevitable, but it certainly leaves a bad taste in the mouth when the delay is announced at the very last minute like this. Obviously, Revolution knew well before the 31st that they would not hit that deadline, but chose to let us continue to get our hopes up. I don't see any good reason for that.
Like what a previous poster said, Revolution promised their backers they'd release something in 2013. So maybe Revolution wanted to release the whole game in one part in 2013, fell behind schedule, and decided to release it in two parts. I don't know. What I do now is that, in the last week of March, I received word that Revolution would be releasing the second part in the first half of April. So I guess I'll just check back from time to time and see if that holds true. Is GOG normally pretty accurate with their estimated release dates? Because, from what I understand, the second part of the game is essentially finished… Meaning that it could've been released on the 31st, but Revolution wasn't comfortable with its stability and potential for glitches. Whatever, I'm patient. If they care enough to make sure the game is as good as it can be, I can wait. I do agree though…It is disheartening to see Revolution releasing all these versions for Androids and iPhones and iPads and whatever….Just focus on episode II and then work on all that other stuff when it is truly finished.

They might have different people who make those versions. The fact that those people know how to write iOS or Android code, doesn't mean that they are equally good at coding in Windows environment.
Was just told that Episode 2 will be released "very soon"…As in a week or so.
We (my wife and I) have played first part and it was a great experience. Now we enjoy the anticipation while waiting for the second part. We do not care about delay, but happily wait for a well tested, bugfree version :)
I don't know if anybody is still following this thread, but thought I'd share another little nugget of information regarding the release date. I have been informed that, as of late last week, Revolution was in the final stages of polishing up the game. Barring any unforeseen issues, bugs, or glitches popping up, the game will be released significantly before the April 30th date. That date was chosen just in case Revolution came across an issue or two while polishing up the game. But as of now, we are looking at the game being very, very close to being finished.
Yikes, another game I need to play soon added to April. ;)
Just finished ep 1 once more, I'm so ready for the conclusion. :)

I am as well. Originally, I got the impression that the game would be released towards the middle of the month. It would be nice to download it before Good Friday, but I'm not holding my breath. They (Revolution) will probably use the whole month now to iron out all the bugs.

Haha.
Finally! It will be released later today. SInce I cannot post any links, look at @CharlesCecil 's twitter account.
Hi,

Revolution's site is saying part one and two are available now. GOG, however, is still saying part two will be released on the 30th. So, when will it be out on GOG?
It should be available at 6 PM (don't know which timezone) at GOG according to this site:
