Although it is not mentionned on the product page, Broken Sword director's cut is also available in french (and maybe more ?), and fully dubbed. I haven't tried the two others yet, but I'll update this post when I have.

do you have vista/win7?

have you installed the game in "c:\program files\etc"? this directory is kinda protected from
unwanted changes, maybe thats why you cant change the language

two possible solutions:

1. Run the game as admin (right click on shortcut -> run as admin
2. install the game in a different directory, like "c:\games\brokensword" or something like that.

Ran As Administator and now works. Thanks and happy holidays.
