#1: - XINPUT1_4.dll file is missing, prohibiting game from launching.

#2: - Offline Backup Installer is missing UE4 Prerequisites, needed to Verify / Repair with
GOG Galaxy to "complete" install. Except additional Galaxy Verify / Repair attempts result
in repeats of identical 101MB download . . . WITH NO FIX!

For #1:
(For windows 7 only): In system32, make a copy of xinput1_3.dll and rename to xinput1_4.dll. Try launching then.
