Yea, where is the DLC? No reason for it not to be here...

I just know that if I don't get the soundtrack soon I'm going to put someone in the Sharpshooter.

Unfortunately the developers over on the Steam forums stated the soundtrack is only for Steam. There isn't any comment on the DLC other than GOG priority isn't greater than the console version, which is releasing in a week.

Steam OST should be available without owning the game on steam and DRM free.
And yeah outside of that it's up to each artist where songs are available.

I looked at the Steam soundtrack listing, and it doesn't require the base game.

Thankfully a lot of steam games now do this for their soundtracks, only if it is classified as DLC it usual requires the game.

I checked it because I knew Capcom is selling some of their OLD OSTs with FLACs for Mega Man, Ace Attorney, the Breath of Fire games(which are not on there), and more that obviously don't require the games. I would love it if more Japanese companies like say Konami did the same....

So at least you could get the soundtrack on Steam without needing the game.
