There is no 1.05 patch available on this game in my library (Australia). Has the patch been temporarily removed pending fixes or is it not available to AU customers yet?

Am Australian, I have a 1.05 installer and a 1.04-to-1.05 patcher in my library.

The patch is nearly 200MB, so I'm guessing it changes a bunch of content, not just the game engine.

I got my v1.05 patch available in my library, a couple of days after my previous post.
