Need some help opening the gate

i've been reading i need to throw guys into the electrical boxes...but there's no one appearing for me to even do that.

I got it fixed all i had to do is restart the level after i loaded up my save game, Then the enemies appeared...what a weird bug.

Yah, I remember BR2 could be a bit glitchy. BR1 was glitchy as well, but you could usually work through the wonk.

The worst i've seen so far would have to be the club level, Seriously WTF?!?
