The game fails to boot for me. I tried going to set up and trying different options but it keeps saying " Playback failed, possibly due to an invalid or conflicting IRQ." Im gonna keep messing around with it but would appreciate help.

If you go to the start menu, gog.com folder and then find your blood folder it should have a setup icon you can access. If your on win7 or vista right click it first and run as administrator, then open it. You can find all the sound settings in that and change the IRQ values for the sound.
Thanks, I tried set up through dosbox without using the GOG.com folder and it wouldn't find it for some reason, but when I tried it the way you mentioned, it worked with all the settings I had as the default.
I got some issues with the sound, i wanna play midi but dont know how can someone help me??
I'm not getting any sound at all, can anyone help?

Change the sound adapter used for the game:

1) Go to where directory the game is stored at. You can find it by right-clicking the game icon and clicking "Open File Location."
2) Click "Launch Settings" shortcut. This opens game settings.
3) Select Sound Setup
4) Select one Sound Card at a time by clicking Choose Sound FX Card, then click Test Sound FX Card until sound will play. NOTE: the sound card WILL NOT work for all channels and IRQs; you will need to find the correct combination by trial and error.
5) Exit, saving changes.

Thanks, I don't have any problems with that now though. It's been quite a while.
