I just bought One Whole Unit and when I start it up I can hear sound and everything but I get nothing but a black screen, any ideas?

Have you tried changing the graphics mode for DOSBox? In your GOG\One Unit Whole Blood\ start menu, there should be an icon for Graphic Mode Setup. Try changing it to Surface, that seems to be fairly compatible. If that fails, try to upgrade DOSBox to the latest build, you can get that at DOSBox.com

Managed to fix it by not using the VESA or VEGA or whatever option. One more thing, how do I use my mouse to aim up and down and all around!?

you can edit your controls in the setup program in the installation folder

there you can edit your control options, just like with Duke 3D
