It boots up fine, and intro cutscene plays and once it starts everything looks like the attached image, am I doing something wrong? I admit my computer is a toaster but I figured it could at least play this 20+ remaster without issue lol

If the engine were still Build - yeah - but the KEX Engine is surprisingly demanding, waaay more than Build.
