NOTICE TO ALL GOG BLOOD FRESH SUPPLY OWNERS.

1.9.10 is the LAST update that NDS will be doing due to their contract with Atari, from now on, Atari will be responsible for any future updates........(which they probably wont do.) but you should be warned.
(This also affects the STEAM version)

That's not good for people still having problems.

No it is not, you will have to report any remaining issues to Atari, weather or not they act on them...is another matter entirely.

Game doesnt even start in galaxy. deleting the blood ex doesnt work. great job nightdive and great job GOG....another BROKEN game in my library....
Tiny Calebs become big when set on fire
Sometimes enemies don't play death animations and instantly vanish
The secret level teleporter in E2M4 can be accessed without collecting all 5 tomes
For people who have just sound and a black screen on startup:

1) Open Windows Explorer and go to %APPDATA%\Nightdive Studios\Blood EX
2) Open kexengine.cfg with a text editor
3) Search entry seta r_rhirenderfamily and change it to seta r_rhirenderfamily "opengl"

After this change I could start the game with graphics and sound! Yay! (Currently have a 1070TI GPU)

Hope this helps some of you...

Cheers!
When I set resolution at 800x600 DirectX 11 in fullscreen, the picture is stretched. How can I fix that to get a proper aspect ratio with black borders on sides?

1) in the original game if you stand close to an object or step and jump you will land on that object without pressing any directional buttons. this is very helpful when you have to do precise jumping, like in the graveyard of e1m1.
2) standing on fence in e1m1 results in camera rapidly "jumping" up and down. this is probably reported before.
3) if you light the dynamite and die in original game you will still hold the tnt until it explodes. now the tnt just disappears from hands.

also not strictly bugs, but levels transmission screens go out too quickly, I can't even read the level name.
also, for some reason 640x400 resolution is handled like widescreen with extended hud. yeah, it's kinda redundant nowadays I agree, but it's the best resolution for CRT 15" displays :D

I've read that this is caused by the voxel pack.
in e3m8 if you open skull key door and won't go inside it will close and won't open again. if you don't have jumpboots you're stuck
there is a bug with flying enemies (gargoyls, ghosts) that causes them to fly up and spin in place. I can upload a video of it or a savegame.
does anyone from the devs are reads this btw?

Nope. They stopped actively patching the game and "returned" things to Atari, who is now in charge of letting them know when or even if they can apply further patches at some point in an undetermined future (spoiler warning: it's probably never going to happen).
I don't know if this was addressed, but i think the Tome secrets activated without getting like any of the tomes in E2M4.

I just played through the level and saw a bunch of new things, then when I went through the Tome secret, i had already seen that before, as well as the secret level.

I honestly think this was a bug from the original version. I know occassionally the secret teleport would reveal itself even after getting only 2 or 3 of the tomes. I'm not exactly certain what the rhyme or reason was.
The MIDI music in the game is very quiet (now I use 100% volume for music and 7% for sounds).
The CD music's volume is OK but this option causing visual stutters.
