but with Blood:Fresh Supply is there crossplay with the steam version on the multiplayer?

Im doing the same, one buddy got it on gog the other on Steam. I don't see why they would make 2 master server lists for this niche of a game.

I know you can use commands to make the server and if ports are setup correctly you can direct connect.
