I like it when the choking hand says "I'll swallow your soul!". Could someone make a mp3 or wav file of it? It'll be cool for a ringtone for my iPhone!

That exact line is taken from Evil Dead 2, and it sounds very similar. Maybe you could find a sound file from that movie.

I know it's from Evil Dead 2. But I perfer the Blood one. So someone has to rip "I'll swallow your soul!" from that game either .wav or mp3 format.

It might already be in the Transfusion pk3 files, unzip and look. Otherwise you can use the ReBuild tool, Sfx2Wav to get it, their might be an easier way by now.

Download those programs, use them to extract the sound.

I did it! I used WinBarf and WinSFX2WAV to extract HANDSPOT sound file. Then I followed the instructions online on how to convert the WAV to ACC to M4A to M4R in iTunes. Finally I managed to put it in as a ringtone. Mission Accomplished!
