CD Music only plays when I load save after running the game. When I die and load or quickload, there is no music.

I have the same issue too but im using midi music, I had no music at all with CD enabled.

Im using the latest public release of windows 10 RS5 with SB AE5 sound card (latest offical drivers not beta).

Same here, but it usually only happens after being killed then loading a save, and it can only be fixed with a complete restart of the application. Switching to the MIDI soundtrack largely fixes this issue for me but, it still happens sometimes.

Same here. The CD music almost always stops after loading a saved game in Blood: Fresh supply.

Same problem here. CD music is missing after reloading or dying. what a nasty bug. Keeps me from playing :-\

Yup, definitely bugged.

Whenever I launch the game for the first time, each savegame starts playing its CD music once. If I load a save to another level, and then go back, it won't restart.

Fairly annoying :/

I haven't played much with MIDI, but yeah, there definitely seems to be some kind of issue with the CD music. Shame too, because its really damn good. Hopefully someone can work out some kind of temporary solution, or Kaiser puts up another patch.

Should the issue with your audio persist please get in touch with us directly by creating a Support Ticket.

Getting in touch with the game developer directly might also be a good idea:

i highly doubt this can be fixed from your side, so i dont see a reason to create a ticket.
If you guys have a solution for this, post it here instead. ;)

Any chance we can get the Fresh Supply 1.8.6 beta update and see issue is persistent?

The beta patch notes on steam do not mention the CD audio problem, unfortunately.
