You are using the latest DOSBox?Hmm I'll try it out.
Ok.

So how are you running this game without stuttering?

Not even GOG can make this game run without stuttering, GOG support has never answered my question. Doesn't matter on how strong my PC is (I've tried it in different PCs too) this game just doesn't run smooth at all.

I am using dosbox correct v0.74 and well I also set it up in the config so it uses 64MB for memsize...I unno if that is how I got it to not stutter....I also use overlay for my output...and I use hq3x for the scaler...

Besides that I mean I can run games like Manhunt 2 in 1920x1080 with max ingame settings and forcing sum stuff via nvidia control panel and record it with FRAPS with no issues...so I have an over the top rig...

P.S. I do plan to upload more vids of Blood soon enough...

The game runs fine, tweak your .conf in the folder.

The game doesn't run fine. I went to Blood's setup and changed the video to VESA 320*200, i have increased DOSBox memory to 64(I've tried higher), I changed DOSbox output to overlay (and have tried every other one) and the game doesn't run perfect never.

"I li-li-live agai-gain"

If instead of the old VESA mode 320*200 I choose something higher the game gets even a lot worse.

My Fallout New Vegas laughs at this. I think it has something to do with DOSBox.

I tried the game on another rig, went by the whole "Manhunt 2 in 1920*1080" (you Stixmaster you :p), the game runs smooth on high end quad core based PCs anything lower might have problems, another game I can base a comparison besides New Vegas; if you can run Disciples III, Left 4 Dead 2, Borderlands I don't know if you can run Blood.

--->Processors, DOSBox and Blood<---ugh.

Also Stixmaster is happy because I just bumped his thread ;), loved the video.

Simply not true, I can run Blood fine on a dual core and even a single core with 3GB or ram and lower, something on your machine is slowing you down. If what you are saying is true then lots and lots of angry people would be posting how slow the game is.
I have a pretty crap computer, and it took a lot of work to get Blood running smooth. Eventually that alternate DOS4GW thing helped a lot. Using that and running in a window has got it running pretty good now.

Sorry you can't believe me and what other people have posted saying the same thing but it is true.

I think haveng a single core is a major factor...as you can see: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SbjUnCyhtaFt_HQ-D-k7WOPuGNcIlRGEVg2n8m0Qwhc/edit?hl=en_US I have quite a bit not all physical or w/e but virtual and well I think that helps a lot...

P.S. /me is happy for the polite bump.
